Returns and exchanges

 

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Returns outside of these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of CB-Home.ca and may be refunded as a store credit. 

Refunds and exchanges are not applicable on final sale items. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment. Price adjustments will be provided within 30 days of purchase, upon presentation of the original receipt or providing your order number. 

If you receive an item that arrives damaged or missing parts, please send an email to info@cb-home.ca describing the damage and include photos of the product box it arrived in if the box is crushed or dented. We will respond within 48 hours (business days) and tell you whether we are sending a replacement or offering a partial discount. 

A few items can’t be returned, including:

• Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
• Clearance and Final sales items
• Items you have already assembled
• Open Box Items
