Shipping and Delivery Policies

*Due to COVID-19, temporary changes have been made to our shipping and delivery policy. To help ensure the safety of customers and delivery teams, all home deliveries are contactless and will be left on the doorstep of your home, apartment or condo

We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.

  • Each item's delivery options will be noted on its product page, as well as in the shopping cart.
  • The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is determined by the destination and weight of the parcel
  • A signature may be required upon reception of the order
  • Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Shipping surcharge applies to remote areas. You will be notified of the surcharge upon entry of your postal code

Small Parcel

Signatures may be required upon reception of the order for Small Parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier. Deliveries will be completed by UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada post, Dicom or Canpar. Available shipping services will be noted in your shopping cart.

 

Large Parcel

For items that are too large or fragile to be delivered via courier, we partner with carriers specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight (LTL). We specified on the product information if the item is shipped LTL freight (on skid/pallet). 

A skilled delivery team will unload your shipment from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrives at the local terminal.

  • Assembly Service Included: No

Free Shipping

  • Items marked FREE SHIPPING! on the product page will ship for free. In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within Canada. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees.

Processing time

Our warehouses stock items that are shipped 2-3 business days after order is placed. 

Tracking Packages

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is processed. You can also track your package in My Account by clicking here  .
  • If you have more than one order that has shipped, select the specific order on the next page that you'd like to track items from. If the items you'd like to track have been shipped, the tracking information will be displayed for you here.

Inspecting your delivery

Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you have received all the items purchased. Your packing slip will be affixed to one of your boxes in a red envelope. It is recommended that you review your packing slip before the delivery person leaves and advise them of any discrepancies. 

Please indicate on your packing slip any occurrence during the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. The transporter will not accept responsibility for any damages which have not been indicated on the packing slip. If you find any damage on your merchandise or the packaging, keep all contents and their original outer and inner packaging. Please contact us immediately following your delivery to ensure that proper action is taken.
